Elan Wedding Consultants Inc. uses a team based approach to wedding planning. All of our Coordinators have different strengths as well as different experiences and ideas to contribute to making each and every one of our client’s weddings truly unique and spectacular. The Coordinator you interview and hire will be the Coordinator you deal with throughout the planning process. However, in the background we can brainstorm and pool our knowledge so that while dealing one on one with your Coordinator you effectively get the creativity and experience of an entire team.
Our team based approach also gives you peace of mind.Many wedding planning companies are comprised of only one person with no back up in an emergency situation. At Elan Wedding Consultants Inc. we communicate with each other so that should your Coordinator fall ill or have an accident any of our Coordinators could step in and take her place. While it hasn’t happened yet, it’s good to know you’re covered.
Elan Weddings does not charge based on a percentage of budget. We feel that to do so would be a conflict of interest. We charge based on a number of factors including the estimated amount of work involved for us, the amount of time between booking and the wedding date, the number of guests and the location of the reception.
