• We can find the ideal location for your wedding and suggest venues to suit your unique needs. We then liaise with the venue to ensure that everything is taken care of.
• We can determine any legal requirements, residency requirements and any recommended vaccines or medications for your country of choice.
• We can arrange travel and accommodations for your group through our reputable agent. We also coordinate the travel arrangements with your guests so that everyone can enjoy a stress-free experience.
• We consult on the overall style/design, ceremony content, invitations, details, attire and much more.
• We can source any necessary vendors and take care of items such as flowers, cake photography, etc.
• We travel with you to make sure things happen as they are supposed to and to take care of any issues as they arrive.
In most cases for weddings at all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico our fee is $5000 (plus HST) including the cost of our travel. We have found from experience that it is best for everyone if we are onsite. We no longer offer destination planning where we do not attend. Please contact us to arrange a free initial consultation.
